There are things you want to do. You don’t have to go alone.
Someone to go to the gym with. Company on the bus. A familiar face at your door when you have spent too much of the week on your own.

Companionship is for your age, too
You can be in your twenties, forties or fifties and still find yourself without the company you want. Friends move away. Work changes. You stop going somewhere for a while, and getting back into it starts to feel difficult.
You might have people to message but nobody nearby to go out with. You might want to join a group but find the first visit hard. Whitegreen offers regular, one-to-one company shaped around what you want to do.
Start with something that matters to you
It could be a football match, a swimming session, a museum or a gaming afternoon at home. You might want to get out more without having a destination in mind yet. Tell us what you enjoy, what you have been putting off and what would make a good visit.
We introduce a companion you can get to know. You meet first, ask questions and decide whether you want to spend time together.
Someone beside you for the journey
Sometimes the difficult part is getting there. Your companion can travel with you, stay during an activity or accompany you to an appointment. We talk through the route, the time you need and what you want their help with.
There is no requirement to go further or do more every week. You choose what feels worthwhile. If you eventually want to attend something on your own, we can plan visits around that. If you want regular company, that matters too.
When a short period of support ends
You may have started getting out with a support worker and want to keep those routines going. Tell us what you enjoyed doing together and what you want to continue. With your permission, we can discuss a handover with the service involved.
You decide who is involved
You can contact us yourself. If a relative, friend or professional is helping with arrangements, we include you in the conversation. We agree who receives updates and what you want shared.
Whitegreen provides companionship and practical support. You can use it alongside other services you receive. It does not replace treatment, therapy or crisis support.
Start with a conversation
Tell us where you live and what you would like company for. We will talk through the visits and costs, then arrange a free meet-and-greet. See prices or get in touch.
